As IS Program Director, I led a high-stakes portfolio addressing IT obsolescence and cyber risk exposure within Crédit Agricole’s infrastructure platforms. I structured governance, arbitrated priorities and presented risk scenarios to CISO and IT decision bodies, enabling informed executive decisions. The program resulted in the remediation of 12 critical vulnerabilities and the reduction of over 3,000 man-days of technical debt, significantly improving security posture, resilience and long-term sustainability of strategic IT assets.

Appointed to lead a mission-critical security remediation portfolio following internal audit findings (Inspection Générale), I was accountable for security governance across high-risk financial application portfolios supporting global cash and trade flows. I arbitrated priorities between CISO, DevOps and risk functions, ensuring alignment between security, delivery and business imperatives. The initiative secured 26 critical applications and reinforced compliance with ISO standards, restoring control and trust in strategic financial systems.
