Te am Training: Trained the team in Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to enhance code quality and collaboration. Introduced and facilitated User Stories Mapping to improve requirement understanding and product planning. Agi le Practices: Implemented technical Agile competencies including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and automated testing to streamline the development process.
