I'm currently leading the executive recruitment function. This is a new role where I'm dealing with the recruitment of VPs and C-levels for Similarweb. My main hiring partners are the CEO, Chief People Officer, CBO, COO, and CPO. Results (in progress): => Hired SVP sales of Americas (USA) => Hired Head of Pricing and Packaging (USA) => Hired VP of Product Operations (ISRAEL) => Hired AVP of Sales (FRANCE) => Hired (in partnership with my colleague Sam) the VP of HR (USA) => Hired the VP of Strategy (ISRAEL)

I'm working at Similarweb, a digital market intelligence provider through an outstanding SaaS platform. My duties:

- Dealing with recruitment for EMEA, APAC & Americas.

- Building strategy of recruitment (Head-hunting, pipeline, referral, and more)

- Working on different side projects related to HR, Brand awareness, communication Results (first year): => 63 hires (GM, Directors, and senior levels) / (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Ops) => Launched first hires in DACH, Ukraine, and Singapore => Created hiring process from scratch for new offices in partnership with HRBP's and Leaders => Created dashboard to follow perf' of the global TA team => Mentored similarwebbers and advised them regarding their career path
