I was in charge of web development at Nuhm AI, from creating SaaS products to developing and maintaining the company's websites. I was excellent and fully committed to my work, especially since I was working there as a freelancer.I had the opportunity to work on the creation of SaaS and AI-powered web applications, as well as on the web design of websites for the company’s online visibility. I was also involved in team collaborations, which strengthened my communication skills and allowed me to work effectively within developer groups. At Fayol Agnency, I served as a web developer responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of diverse web projects. My primary role involved coordinating small teams of developers, ensuring that each member contributed effectively to the project lifecycle. I was actively involved in planning, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of code quality.

In addition to team coordination, I personally contributed to both front-end and back-end development, designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while also managing server-side functionality using Node.js and database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB. I implemented APIs, integrated third-party services, and ensured robust authentication and security measures.

My responsibilities extended to project maintenance and optimization, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and SEO improvements. I established testing protocols, wrote documentation for codebases, and facilitated communication between designers, project managers, and developers to ensure cohesive workflow and project alignment.

I also took initiative in adopting new technologies and frameworks to improve project efficiency and scalability. By fostering collaboration, mentoring junior developers, and promoting best practices, I ensured that the team delivered high-quality web solutions consistently. My role combined technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving, allowing Fayol to complete projects on time and exceed client expectations while maintaining a productive and motivated development team.
