- Work as a technical pre-sale for Enterprise customers in the Retail Industry

- Discover, qualify and secure opportunities in various areas (Infrastructure, Application Modernization, API management, Security, Data & Artificial Intelligence) by working hand-in-hand with Sales Representatives and developing close ties with our customers

- Act as the first technical POC for customers, helping them to move forward as fast as possible to secure revenue earlier

- Develop reusable technical assets (demos and code samples) to improve our go-to-market by increasing the speed at which we can demonstrate value to our customers through our solutions

- Advocate and pitch the value of Google Cloud to executive boards and during various external events

- Ramped up on Google Cloud solutions through a 3-month intensive training (online & instructor-led classes, role-play)

- Rotated through 3 positions (3-month each):

- Technical Solution Engineer (TSE): handled around 80 customer tickets focused on infrastructure, especially on Google Kubernetes Engine and found solutions by inquiring logs, documentation and asking for clarifications. Updated internal playbooks to help other TSE solve similar issues faster.

- Customer Engineer (CE): worked 50-50 in two technical pre-sales teams: one focusing on SMB and the other focusing on Enterprise customers. Worked on various topic: price estimation, technical advocacy, demos

- Technical Account Manager (TAM): developed close ties with our customers to make sure they have the best experience on Google Cloud. Led a security review for a customer to make sure they were following best practices and provided mitigation paths for items that needed improvement.

- Passed 11 Google Cloud certifications (all Google Cloud certifications available at the time) in a year, reaching Top 3 most certified within Google (Top 1 in EMEA)

- Elaboration de 2 tableaux de bord Excel mis à jour quotidiennement et partagés avec les parties prenantes clés (15 personnes environ) en tant que source principale de KPIs concernant l'execution et les incidents rencontrés lors de tests

- Gain de l'équivalent de 10.4 jours de travail sur 125 (8.3%) en automatisant certaines tâches de mes collègues grâce à Excel, VBA et Python

- Suivi des principaux jalons et actions de 4 domaines produits par la création et la mise à jour d'action log, planning et par la coordination de comités de projet hebdomadaires avec une quinzaine de personnes

- Execution de 96.7% (89 sur 92) des tests fonctionnels de mon domaine produit, définition des attentes métier et identification des blocages
