• Responsible for all packaging commodities for the L'Oreal Professional brand

• Business buyer: sourcing strategy, supplier panel and tender award strategy, within the frame of long term business and focus packaging innovation and recyclability

• Lead on Plastic Bottle Roadmap strategy (PET and RPET) and Masterbatch category roadmap (untouched category in L'Oreal Group). Close work with category buyers and business ecosystem.

• CSR Lead: PCR plastic sourcing strategy definition and implementation with packaging engineer teams and business teams. 100% of PET PCR from opaque to translucent within 2 years.

• Business continuity: Legal penetration rates with suppliers, downsizing protocol under french law, contract redaction for business award

• Responsible for multiple commodities and 5 plants : Secondary Pack, labels and other packs (stretch film, adhesives, glue, corners, etc.)

• Sourcing department performance : PPV, costing models implementation based on PAF, productivity and cost projects management thanks to negotiation and specification changes

• Sourcing strategy: benchmark incumbent and potential suppliers, drive transversal work with extended business team to allow supplier selection and/or development, BCP development within roadmap definition, data analysis and consolidation

• Results: 40% cost avoidance, 12% savings

- Sourcing: global management of key categories over 20 plants, analytical support to design and execute sourcing strategy,

- Tools : Creation and update of a 'Matrix allocation tool' allowing long-term strategic decisions, multi-year contracts preparation and negotiation, risk and crisis management

- Negotiation : supplier panel consolidation & tenders

- Results: £800k savings, + £1 M Net Working Capital
