Working primarily for Fintech, SaaS, Tech, e-commerce start-ups as well as bigger companies. Experiences in recruiting C-level profiles in the product, sales, hr, operations and tech departments.

- Recruitment: Designing and operating the overall recruitment strategy (from writing the job spec to sourcing new talents, to interviewing, negotiating contracts and starting dates, and closing);

- Sales: Business Development and prospecting new clients, negotiating and signing contracts with clients;

- Worked with C-level executives to decide on the profils that needed to be recruited. Worked mostly on Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, and Operations roles.

- Team Lead responsibilities: daily & monthly feedback with the team, mentoring and coaching the team members.

- Training Development: Among PCN, I gave trainings to new arrivals on candidates qualifications and stress resilience.

- My niches: Fintech, SaaS, Payments, E-commerce, and Cyber-Security Working with over 30+ clients all over Europe (among which the biggest European Neobank and 4 tech unicoerns).
