• Managed day-to-day audit workstreams for complex carve-outs, coordinating client requests, issue tracking, documentation and stakeholder follow-up to keep delivery on track.
• Supported the carve-out audit of a global pharma business into a standalone listed entity, reviewing inventory, PP&E, process controls, carve-out adjustments and reporting impacts.
• Supported the carve-out audit of a global industrial technology group’s Swiss technology centre ahead of separation and listing in Sweden, analysing separation impacts across structure, chart of accounts, reporting model and supporting documentation.

Key achievements

• PMO Strategic transformation: Lead PMO for a regional pharma HQ transformation across 14+ countries and ~3,000 FTEs, co-developing a new operating model covering structure, roles, decision rights and governance to speed up decisions, strengthen team ownership and support pipeline growth.
• HQ optimisation: Optimised HQ medical and customer experience functions, realizing ~€1m annual savings and a 4.5 FTE reduction through activity mapping, process review and FTE cost analysis.
• Supply chain operating model: Project managed cross-functional teams to address supply shortages, designing a new end-to-end supply operating model to improve product availability and deliver ~€3m annual revenue uplift.
• Commercial operating model: Co-developed a consistent and scalable strategic account management model across 14+ countries (e.g. account segmentation, KPIs, governance, team sizing and account management system) to support launch readiness and pipeline growth.
• Commercial acceleration: Lead PMO for a 14+ country commercial programme for a key diabetes brand, targeting +~1.5% market share growth by improving field force capability, setting a clear KPI framework, developing a performance-linked incentive programme and strengthening customer engagement.

Manager Strategy & Transaction Advisory Services: Chile (full time) & Switzerland (contractor basis)

Key achievements

• Financial due diligence: Managed 10+ buy-side and sell-side FDD projects, including vendor due diligence for a European electronics distributor, analysing 150k+ SKUs and identifying 13+ EBITDA adjustments to support a c. €300m transaction.
• Buy side due diligence: Managed FDD for a PE fund on a c. $100m transaction, building the financial model and validating cash flows, pricing strategy and customer growth to support the investment decision.
• Commercial Due Diligence: Conducted CDD for a c. $80m medical device target, assessing market size, competitive landscape and revenue thesis through 5+ expert interviews.
• Carve-out: Supported major pharma and energy carve-outs by reviewing pro forma standalone financials, challenging cost allocations, benchmarking standalone cost structures and building Day 1/100 plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead due diligence engagements with small teams (2–5) and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Analyse performance and forecasts, normalise earnings, and evaluate standalone P&Ls, carve-out impacts and synergies.
