More than 10 years of experience in different structures, I help companies to maximize the outcomes of their products and to boost their operational efficiency (from development teams to executives).

- As a Product Manager, I am immersed in my clients' product teams. Whether it's to frame and launch a new product or to challenge and improve an existing product.

I establish the product strategy and vision.

I define the roadmap and plan the future releases of your product with a user centric strategy.

I collaborate with the UX and UI Designer to design the user experience and create the web or mobile interfaces, I know how to prepare user tests.

I know and use prioritization techniques (Rice, MoSCow, Kano...).

I work daily with your dev and/or QA team.

I know Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Design Sprint.

I know how to interpret the KPIs measuring the performance of your product and deduce the impact on users.

I can accompany your product team in defining its OKRs.

Curious about new approaches, I am also trained/certified in Roman Pichler's "Product Strategy & Roadmap", Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, Management 3.0, Systemic Coaching, Agile Team Facilitation, Agile Fluency Diagnostic and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
