In my capacity as a sustainability IT project manager, I oversaw a significant project to create an application that would organize and simplify the company's reporting of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This initiative was essential to ensuring the corporation complied with international environmental standards and meeting the growing regulatory demands for corporate sustainability. The program, which monitored emissions for Scopes 1, 2, and 3, served the corporation as a strategic asset to help it monitor, report, and lessen its environmental effect in addition to being a tool for regulatory compliance.

I initially joined Believe as a freelance IT Project Manager and, after six months, transitioned into a permanent role. Believe was expanding globally, requiring the setup of new facilities. As the project manager, I oversaw the entire process, from IT rooms and network infrastructure to telephony and meeting rooms. My responsibilities spanned multiple regions, including India and Southeast Asia (Singapore, China, Japan), Europe (Germany, Italy, UK, France, Luxembourg, Russia), and the Americas (Brazil, USA, Canada).

After successfully delivering these projects, I was promoted to Workplace Manager, where I led teams in France and India. Together, we provided top-tier IT support to clients around the world, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.

I oversaw the creation of a knowledge management platform as an IT project manager for a customer with headquarters in Houston, Texas. This included managing an Indian development team. Determining the project's scope, overseeing deadlines, and making sure deliverables complied with client requirements were all part of my job. Putting usability and data security first, I oversaw cross-functional teams to integrate the platform with current systems. In addition, I oversaw project risks, promoted client-development team communication, and made sure industry standards were followed. The client's capacity to effectively manage and access organizational knowledge was greatly improved by the platform.
