Je suis Ladislas, ingénieur en biotech de formation, et je suis tombé dans la robotique, les systèmes embarquée, l'iot, l'éducation spécialisée et le médico-social il y a 12 ans lorsque j'ai lancé Leka (leka.io).

Durant ces 12 années, de CEO/CTO à Project Manager au sein d'un grand groupe après notre reprise, j'ai pu construire une solide expérience du développement produit dans un environnement très exigeant, avec à la clé une vision complète des étapes, challenges et risques rencontrés, de l'idée initiale au lancement commercial.

Je suis disponible pour vous accompagner sur la gestion globale de vos projets :

- audit stratégique et technique

- naissance de l'idée, prototypage, premières itérations du produit

- choix de la stack technique embarquée et mobile

- préparation et revue des cahiers des charges techniques

- recherche et choix des prestataires externes tels que bureaux d'études mécaniques, électroniques

- formalisation du dossier de fabrication

- recherche et choix des partenaires industriels

- certification du produit fini

Je serai aussi ravi d'accompagner sur des parties beaucoup plus techniques et hands-on :

- architecture software du projet

- benchmark de différentes plateformes, MCUs, composants actifs

- choix de la toolchain (GCC + CMake), structuration du projet, outils de développement (VSCode + plugins)

- choix RTOS vs bare-metal

- mise en place des unit tests "host + target hardware" (Google Tests + boost-ext/ut)

- CI/CD sur Github avec unit tests, functional tests, sanitizers, static analysis (Sonarcloud)

- code reviews

- coaching et training des équipes sur le "modern C++"

At Leka Inc., our mission is to help exceptional children live exceptional lives. To provide parents and therapists with a tool that will stimulate, motivate & engage their children through out therapy, we developed Leka. As CEO & CTO of Leka, my mission consisted of:
- Management - Managed a team of up to 10 persons including developers, engineers, business developers and researchers
- Fundraising - Raised 1M€ in equity & 500k€ in grants (PIA, CIN, Wilco, etc.)
- Sales / Product Launch - Launched the first version of our product (Leka Alpha) in January 2018. After 9 months, Leka Alpha was used by more than 400 children in 12 countries, 50 special schools & 5 research centers
- Communication / Public Speaking - Represented the company at important events worldwide: CES, BETT Show, Forbes 30 Under 30, Founders Forum, etc.
- Product Development / Manufacturing - Assembled the first hardware prototypes (electronics & mechanics) and managed the team of hardware engineers & designers. Handled the relation with our manufacturing partners, worked on PRD, functional & technical specs
- Software Development - Developed Leka's embedded software in C++ using ChibiOS RTOS. Developed the first versions of our iOS companion application in Swift using BLE. Managed dev team, implemented scrum & agile methodologies, development processes, unit testing & continuous integration

R&D Laboratory - Referent Mr. Benoît Moreau, R&D Director Galactic is one of the leaders of Poly Lactic Acid production from beetroot sugar. My mission was to investigate a new method of PLA production from micro-algae and run benchmarks to compare it to solution in place. I had to develop new analytical methods for the tests. Micro-algae were treated with pure and diluted acids. The glucose generated was then used for PLA pilot production.
