Laurence Kozera

Born and raised in France, I have always been keen to help people understand each other. I studied Translation & Interpretation, Language & Civilisation and earned a master's degree in Intercultural Management.

Thanks to my work experience in China, Germany, Ireland, the UK and Switzerland I learned to apprehend very diverse public and private environments, from the Beijing Olympics organising Committee to Google Global Product Partnerships.

I am passionate about helping people understand each other's message and each other's intention. My biggest frustration is to see talent and ideas wasted because an organisation does not have the efficient structure it takes to nurture them. Authenticity, sincerity and impact are my pillars.
