🎯 Objective: Recruiting and structuring Agicap’s Sales team in our Berlin office and global DACH market (SMB & Mid-Market scope) while contributing to the Global TA team’s mission of scaling internationally.

💼 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Recruiting Account Executives (SMB & Mid-Market) and Sales Development Representatives for the DACH market.

Driving structured recruitment processes in a hypergrowth context: leveraging best-in-class tools (Lever ATS, The Growth Machine, LinkedIn, automation suites) and rigorous tracking to ensure quality, speed, and scalability.

Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership: market insights, talent mapping, interview training, and pipeline management.

Developing skills in international recruitment, navigating cultural differences and adapting sourcing strategies to the German market.

🎯Participer à la structuration de l'équipe Sales de Signitic en recrutant massivement (objectifs de 10 à 15 recrutements Sales) : Head of Sales, Sales Manager SMB, Account Executive, Business Developer, SDR, alternants.
