As Team Lead of the Community team at Backbone, I reported directly to the Head of Operations and was responsible for building and managing a growing team, overseeing hiring, onboarding, HR, and performance. I led cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, optimise costs, and migrate key workflows to Salesforce. I spearheaded community growth in the DACH region—focusing on acquisition, onboarding, and retention of vetted creatives—and successfully launched new markets in Spain and Belgium under tight deadlines, ensuring quality and operational excellence to support Backbone’s expansion as a leading real estate visual content solution.

At Shoootin, I managed the full lifecycle of over 500 video projects—from briefing and budgeting to post-production, quality control, and final delivery. I developed and produced custom video formats for high-profile international clients including Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Bouygues, WeWork, and Sotheby’s. I also led the recruitment and onboarding of more than 100 creative professionals—videographers, photographers, drone pilots, and Matterport operators—across the US and key European markets such as France, the UK, Germany, Italy, and Portugal, supporting Shoootin’s position as a European leader in real estate and business visual content.
