With >15 years of experience on building and enhancing both retail and wholesale business. Launched and managed the cosmetic brand HERBORIST (Shanghai JAHWA GROUP) in French market since 2008 with proven record of turning tricky situations into successful stories. ( 2008-2019)

In 2020, launched ONG Association TESFEC ( Transition Ecologique et Solidaire Francaise et Chinoise which wishes to promote integral and solidary ecology between France and China aiming at finding solutions to make our life greener and our planet healthier. In addition to organising regular seminars and conferences about the sustainable development in France and in China, I'm working on two innovative projects: Jardin forêt Asie (Sustainable urban agriculture) and ecotourism. From 2020 to 2021, I participated as a speaker or organiser in different seminars or conference on sustainable development. I also teach students in different business schools and share sustainable cases.

Fluency in Chinese, French, English make me very quick to adapt and able to analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing business environment. Passionate about nature and the notion of "balance".Believe in the power of trust and communication in cross-cultural communication.
