La plupart des automatisations échouent non pas parce qu'elles ne fonctionnent pas techniquement, mais parce que personne n'a pensé aux humains qui vont les utiliser.
Je construis des systèmes d'automatisation IA en combinant une expertise technique (N8N, Claude API, ChatGPT, Gemini, Supabase, Twilio) et un background UX design, ce qui me permet d'anticiper les frictions que les développeurs ne voient pas.
