In charge of the feature development, improvement and product roadmap of the iOS and Android apps and backend platform for newly launched Washington DC Free2Move Carsharing scheme. This involves managing the sprints and task prioritizing of a team of client and backend developers, designer, QA engineers, reporting to the Chief Product Officer, as well as handling the relationships with all other teams and external parties involved, providers, operations, marketing, etc.

As part of managing all aspects of transportation in London, TfL handles huge amounts of data, from a wide variety of sources, and for equally various types of usages. Whether it is data to help customers with their journeys or for intra TfL users as part of meeting business outcomes, the Data and Analytics team is in charge of managing the lifecycle of the products serving it and the infrastructure supporting them. In contact with all sides of the business, my role is to manage these product roadmaps end-to-end with the relevant stakeholders and partners, internal as well as external, at all different stages of a product’s lifecycle, to ensure that the users’ needs are met, within the approved budgetary framework, and respecting the legal procedures and regulations that TfL needs to comply with.

My role as part of the Business Development team is to research, imagine, build and implement the transport services Citymapper wants to offer going forward. This is an end-to-end process, and includes upstream intel gathering on where transport needs are and for which audiences & demographics, operator partner landscape in terms of vehicles and drivers, service and user proposition design, as well as operational guidelines and app UI design. Services I worked on: - Black Bus BB1: managed itinerary proposal from spec-ed out route using internal data tools such as SimCity, census data and on the ground research, to roll out with partner app Gett - Smart Bus CM2 Night Rider: managed technical onboard equipment and liaison with operational controllers and drivers. Spec-ed out, tested and install audio system for the broadcasting of music on route. Established escalation procedures for operational failures and emergencies.
