- Design and implement scalable solutions regarding product catalog management, quoting process, order and subscription management, billing processes (update price & product rules, custom script, flows)
- Divide the number of clics by 2 on quote process by simplifying the previous implementation and use more out-of-the-box CPQ capabilities
- Implement solutions that allow the RevOps team to update some product configuration without going through admins
- Decrease the time spent on monthly invoicing:
Stabilize the billing solutions by moving from Apex to flowsCreate debug tools for the billing team to avoid them from needing an admin- Update the quoting process, revenue calculation logic in price rules and custom script for usage-based products to integrate a newly bought company
- Make approval rules more transparent for sales and managers by simplifying the criterias they are based on
- Increase admin efficiency by designing solutions AND easy ways to debug or restart the process if something goes wrong
- Update product & pricing catalogs, docusign templates, based on business needs, legal updates and internal tech releases
- Don’t add complexity in templates and CPQ automations, calculation rules without being sure of the added value it will bring
