With ten years of experience in business development as an international project manager, consultant and team leader, I am currently working in training and coaching since 2016.

My way of training goes mainly through experiencing, sharing and practicing.

Trained in coaching at Coaching Ways Executive (ICF certified coaching school), I mainly use methods based on systemic and humanistic currents, such as Neuro Linguistic Programmation, Transactional Analysis and Transformative Communication.

I also use mindfulness movement meditation that appeal to our unconscious and reveal relevant information to overcome a problem and drive creativity.
