I facilitate human centered innovation workshops for engineers and technical teams. In 1–2 day workshops, I bring people together across roles and departments to strengthen collaboration and create a shared understanding of complex challenges. My approach combines facilitation, design thinking and structured innovation methods to help teams explore problems, generate ideas and align around clear next steps.
I believe that great innovation starts with people, not with ideas.
After many years working as an engineer in industrial environments, I experienced how often projects struggle not because of technology—but because collaboration, trust and shared understanding are missing. That insight shapes the way I work today.
My approach is simple: community building first, decision making second. Before teams solve complex problems together, they need a space where open dialogue and real collaboration can emerge.
My background combines engineering and facilitation. I studied mechanical engineering and worked in industrial environments including Carl Zeiss SMT and EssilorLuxottica (Satisloh), where I was involved in process development and complex technical projects.
Today I facilitate innovation and design thinking workshops for engineering teams — both on-site and virtually.

The program focuses on guiding interdisciplinary teams through the full Design Thinking process—from user research and problem framing to ideation, prototyping, and testing. As part of the training, I develop practical skills in facilitating workshops, moderating collaborative sessions, supporting team dynamics, and applying structured innovation methods to complex challenges. In addition to my current training, I have already applied Design Thinking methods in an industrial context while working with teams at Carl Zeiss SMT, gaining practical experience in user-centered problem solving and collaborative innovation processes.
