GRDF is France’s leading natural gas distribution operator, distributes gas to more than 11 million customers every day, regardless of their supplier.

Responsibilities: Team management and subcontractor management to renew gas pipes in Parisian buildings and deliver gas to customers.

Achievements: • Ensuring the completion of projects and the conformity of the work on site. • Ensuring industrial security by reaching the targets in terms of achievement of the work program. • Controlling costs to respect the allocated expenditure (CAPEX €8 million per year). • Bringing back a team spirit and cohesion into the team thanks to collaborative management and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities: Merge two teams from different departments to restructure the scheduling activity and build a new framework and working environment. Achievements: • Expanding the team from 6 to 26 people between 2015 and 2017. • Leading employees to achieve the new organization's expectations and KPIs. • Writing and maintaining internal and external procedures. • Fostering teamwork and improving staff well-being at work. • Empowering employees to take responsibility in their roles. • Driving the performance through maintenance program and operations on gas network.
