Experience of using agile, waterfall and hybrid-delivery methodologies, ensuring successful deployments and effective change management across complex organizational structures (internal teams, external business partners and 3rd party technology solution providers) and global cultures (US, Europe, India)

With expertise in end-to-end solution architecture and process design across critical domains,

- Consumer Goods: Retail, Wholesale, HR, Tax, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Warehousing and

- Wealth Management: front, middle, back offices, compliance and investment bank integration.

Coupled with an understanding of both the technology (change and support) needs and business needs, enabling me to quickly assimilate new and diverse industry contexts and business cultures to 'get up to speed as fast as possible'.

My leadership extends to building and mentoring high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams, including project managers, business analysts, testing, QA, release management and building support organisations / competency centres, across both on-shore and off-shore models.
