processing and tools for uploading documents in EDM (Upload Scan and Batch). Analyze needs, carry out initial studies,
design and write functional, applicable and technical specifications, develop and test the solutions selected, monitor the
production or implementation of the solution, manage change requests, monitoring.
Projects:
• Set up Batch processing to reduce the number of emails received by processing the deletion of documents within
the framework of the GDPR regulations (24 emails/year instead of 1440).
• Develop the technical and ergonomic redesign of the Supjug tool (tool for uploading supporting documents for
customers via their customer space), integration of new routes. Creation of TMC services. Development of Host
(Cobol) and Local (DevBooster C#) programs. Technical and functional qualification. Use of QCHP software for
qualification management.
• Set up a new application for the management of closing documents.
• Set up a SOAP web service for indexing and searching for EDM documents
• Develop the redesign of the IDOCLIST intranet application (indexing and searching for EDM documents).
• Alert customer advisors when documents are put on EDM.
• Integrate the concept of "high availability" (continuity of service 24/7) into the tools for indexing documents.
