I lead a 10-person Product & Brand Design team for Yousigns e-signature platform, combining strategic leadership with hands-on design. I strengthened design processes with discovery practices, team rituals, and design ops, while recruiting and mentoring to grow expertise. I also partnered on a full company rebranding and supported the launch of new products, aligning design with business goals.

At Thiga, a Product Management & Design consultancy, I worked as both Senior Product Designer and Design Manager, leading end-to end projects from research to delivery. I managed and coached designers, improved design operations, and created a community of practice for 35+ designers, driving training, knowledge sharing, and reference materials.

Managed 8 designers in the Transaction & Marketplace tribes, improving processes and team practices.
