– Took ownership of a cross-functional deadlock between support, ops, delivery providers and warehouse teams: redesigned the returns and delivery experience end-to-end, saved €240k/year in under 6 months, with no deterioration in customer experience tracked via a Metabase dashboard I built myself.

– Led a cross-functional team of 2 PMs, 1 designer and 8 devs to replace manual Airtable staffing with an automated matching system: a native app for caregivers and a desktop platform for health facilities, reducing average mission staffing time from 2 hours to 4 minutes.

– Built an experimentation culture from scratch: introduced Retool as a no-code prototyping layer and personally ran in-person usability sessions in care facilities to validate flows with end users before committing to engineering.

– Moved the company from ad-hoc ChatGPT usage to a coordinated AI strategy: deployed Dust across all teams, structured 20+ use cases and delivered measurable productivity gains within months.
