Developing an ERP for companies in the construction business. The project actually started as a full stack python/Django app, that has now become a MERN Stack app. This EPR is capable of managing database information relevant to the company like suppliers, orders and tasks. But it mostly used for pricing, planning, and following a construction project from the beginning to end in very fast, accurate and reliable way.

Wrote down and reviewed daily the workload to stay organize. Prepared project in post-production intensively for best results: ○ Verify quantities and associate necessary resources. ○ Identify the technical challenges and constrains. ○ Build Gantt charts and assign teams to tasks. Managed up to 4 teams on 3 different projects with a management based on delegating and empowering. Focused on customer satisfaction with: ○ Precise and complete paperwork provided on time. ○ Well known projects and parties stayed informed. ○ Solutions rather than problems.
