Main activities and responsibilities:

- Software updates to guarantee 99% of availability of the of the Belgian digital network of LCD displays across the country (iConic and City Play network)

- Digital SPOC on events (Gondola, Cubanisto, Urban Media)

- Design of external waterproof sound-system to add on the existing Create&Play displays

Coordination of the third-parties (Arch, Proximus, Veolia, TVH) and Clear Channel’s technical staff on the field

- Test and implement of new ideas: wayfinder, wifi-grabbing in order to know how many people are walking across the CityPlay displays (CityMesh, Symbicon), configuring wireless webcams to monitor the LCD panels remotely (Axis, Proximus)

- Train internal teams (Campaign team) and external partners (City of Antwerp) on the usage of the - Broadsign platform.

- Setup of the emergency procedure that can publish any important message of the cities in case of terrorist attacks. The message can be pushed in less than 5 minutes.


- Integration of players for Royal University of Leuven (KU Leuven)

- Create tailor made corporate movies for the marketing department

Accomplishments:

- Improved the availability from 75% to 99% of the national digital network

- Update of the existing software image into improved and stable version in coordination with third-party COTEP (Paris)

Main activities and responsibilities:

- Management of +-200 corporate mobile devices in Mobile Iron’s platform for the VVIP users.

- Integration of multiplatform devices iOS/Android/Windows Phone.

- Test, install and deploy specific and secured apps for each individual official.

- Troubleshoot and solve situations, case-by-case.

Successes:

- Create a human relationship between the DIGIT department and the European Commission’s management (directors, head of units) in order to deploy secured mobile devices across the European Commission.

- Managed all the MDM installations for the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on my own, with the support of his Brussels team members
