In the Digital, Sales and Marketing team, I am the API product owner managing optimisation and documentation. I manage the relationship with our clients integrators who want to consume our APIs. The team is managing several project and I work also on a reusable tableware project.

Context : The CTO went out of the process and the team was totally confused. The management was totally free and support was chaotique (2 month waiting for some tickets and sometimes tickets get lost).

As a Product and Tech manager I came in the tech team (6 devs) to setup scrum rituals. I was managing priorities of the team and support. My participation in the management committee was an important point in each week because it allowed me to restore confidence between the tech team and the others.. At the same time, I was creating a product team (2 PO) working on the refactoring of all our products directly with end users because it's a school which has developed all its tools by its own. We finally found a new CTO after a year and started to rebuild tools by working together on conception and by mentoring devs of team about best practise and school vision for those new tools. I mentored them about UX, Accessibility (RGAA, WCAG) and data protection (RGPD).
