With a background at BCG and as CEO of a Web3 gaming company (50-person team, 10M€+ raised, operations across France & Switzerland), I've done the work myself: fundraising, financial closings, restructurings, compliance, and keeping teams aligned under pressure.

I step in as Fractional CFO or COO when founders need a senior operator in the room — not a consultant who delivers a slide deck and disappears.
