Project scope sum-up - We connected with Mehdi and his team to work on a website redesign for a well-known drugs brand. Goals were to redesign the UX, UI and content of the website to enable the digital strategy around the brand and to create a plug and play platform for various countries. From a deliverables point of view, it was necessary to get a mobile friendliness website, user friendly and SEO content with medical and regulatory compliance, enhance brand and product visual charter, create visual and graphical guidelines. Project has been handled full in English with various countries and a proprietary design system was there. At the end, we got a top notch website, a real mobile friendly website with a consumer centric experience and content which help us to reach our KPIs and to engage with users. Communication and ways of working were clear and efficient, data driven mind with good listening skills and strong empathy. A pretty good partnership we will leverage on other projects as soon as possible.
