Senior Engineer with versatile skills, a solid Data & Cloud Engineering background both on AWS and GCP. I am a curious technology enthusiast, experienced at production-level and scale on a large range of topics, from Data Engineering and Analytics / ML to VPC networking and security configuration.
Before becoming an engineer, I have worked for a few years as data analyst, and have experience on the entire data lifecycle from infrastructure management to visualisation and analysis.
During my career I had the opportunity to work on a large range of projects, including but not limited to:
- data platform infrastructures on GCP and AWS, also including DevOps aspects such as networking, KMS encryption and Role Based Access Control
- various data products for operational teams software (Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
- global scale telecommunications streaming and web applications for IoT SIM cards (Kafka/Scala/AWS)
- entire company infrastructure redesign and transition plan (AWS)
- quite a few automation tools for internal teams
I also had the chance to get leadership experience when taking on an interim Infrastructure Tech Lead position at a former client company.
Besides that I am a geek at heart and like to play around with hardware (Raspberry Pi, Flipper Zero) and OSInt tools, and pay specific attention to security topics, despite not being a security professional.
