J’ai pu, grâce à mon début de carrière, forger progressivement le rôle et le statut professionnel auquel j’aspirais en devenant notamment un lien entre « dirigeants » et « bénéficiaires », un facilitateur de collaboration, de construction de projets aussi divers les uns que les autres. Le goût de créer des projets en collectif, en se nourrissant de la culture, du langage, des expériences et compétences de chacun, en somme de l’apport singulier de chaque individu m’est apparu indispensable pour rendre possible toutes créations et naissances de projets.
