Team of three MOA and three MOE. Perimeter: About 2500 users. VDI Infrastructure VmWare, vSphere, Horizon. Management of:

- 2300 VM

- 120 PVM

- 34 ESX

- PVM updates with CMCB.

- Supervision of the VMs.

- Compliance of VMs Enhanced scripts (PowerShell / PowerCLi) and procedures to facilitate the redesign of virtual machines. Migration new version Antivirus + operation mode. VDI Infrastructure Azure IAAS - Citrix Cloud / Citrix App Layering. 2 500 VMs. Optimization Master Windows 10 on Azure and Citrix App Layer. Supervision Citrix Cloud infra / Creation of technical documents / Presentation of solutions to the MOA team. Contact with International Citrix Support. Study / Design / Realization of new solutions for the new Citrix Cloud infra in Azure in first place then Citrix Cloud in Amazon. Setting up a Windows 10 Service Catalog in Azure:

- Study of user use cases.

- Definition of the target architecture with the editor. Implement Citrix Cloud Access Framework and VMs Collections in Azure:

- Definition of Windows 10 reference models.

- Provisioning machines. Management of the user environment:

- Group Policies / Customization Scripts / Windows 10 Optimization / Profiles / Security / WEM / File Share / FsLogix ... Management and implementation of Citrix App Layering. Migration of WEM OnPremise to WEM Cloud.

- 300-400 users, ~120 VM.

- IT project management: Computer management, Software and image deployment, WSUS-SCCM coupling, GPO overhaul, Anti-virus deployment (BitDefender and SentinelOne in NextGen), Netflow Analyzer (Nfsen).

- Network support: configuration of Cisco switches lvl 2 and 3, ticket resolution lvl 2

- Relations with integrators, publishers and builders (foreign support Israel, India, United States).

- Using: GLPI / Xivo / VmWare - Vsphere / Hyper-V / Varonis / SCCM / PC Architect / MS Office 2010 to 2016 / O365 / Citrix / ACCESS (Supervision) / Cyberoam / Proofpoint / Fortinet-Fortigate
