I’ve spent over a decade working at the intersection of technology and business transformation not only as the person who configures systems, but as the one who makes sure the right decisions get made before the project even starts.

My most recent work has been at Airbus Defence & Space, supporting one of the most complex SAP S/4HANA migrations currently underway in Europe. Concretely: structuring the Statement of Work, leading requirements workshops, coordinating Q&A sessions between Airbus and the selected System Integrator, and assessing the commercial risks in their proposal before programme launch. The kind of work that determines whether a transformation succeeds or becomes a very expensive lesson.

What I bring that’s harder to find than technical knowledge is the ability to read a room to understand what each stakeholder actually needs, translate between business and IT worlds, and keep complex programmes moving when ambiguity and competing agendas threaten to stall them.

I work best in high-stakes environments where governance matters, clarity is scarce, and the ability to align people around a shared direction makes the real difference.
