Bonjour, je m’appelle Mohamed, je suis Scrum Master certifié PSM I avec plus de 7 ans d’expérience dans l’agilité, et plus de 8 ans en développement web auparavant.

J’ai accompagné plusieurs équipes, aussi bien en France qu’à l’international, dans des secteurs variés : logistique, banque, tourisme, santé et télécoms.

Mon rôle ne se limite pas à l’animation des cérémonies : je travaille beaucoup sur l’amélioration continue, l’accompagnement des POs, la gestion des dépendances et l’autonomisation des équipes.
