As a Salesforce architect at Doctolib some of my responsibilities :

- Design solutions with the product teams

- Review the scoping of all Salesforce projects

- Define the technical vision of the platform and the roadmap to achieve this vision

- Adresse the technical debt by prioritizing the projects in the development teams

- Be the link between IT/Security and the business teams when new tools/integration is needed

Tech lead :

- Help the business and product team in roadmap building

- Review scoping and solution proposed by developers

- Implement best practices and changing our way of work : move from sandbox based development to scratch orgs, using github as a source of truth, automated deployment and controls via github ...

Project management:

- Migrated our "startup" salesforce production to a new production to help/enable the company in the acceleration/scale up

- Replacement of the CTI (Talkdesk) by Salesforce Service Cloud Voice for our Sales and Support team (2000 users)

Team Management :

- Hired +20 developers (CDI/Contractors)

- split the global team of developers into 3 teams dedicated to business streams

- managed the performance of all team members quarterly

- managed contracts with external resources

- define the rituals in the teams and make them autonomous
