Scope / Ownership

• Advise leadership teams on operating-model design, execution governance, portfolio prioritization, and AI-to-ROI program framing.

• Support pre-engagement diagnostics and transformation architecture: scope, cadence, KPI structure, risk containment, and decision governance.

• Help shape execution standards across senior operators / specialists to protect delivery quality when mandates activate.

• Selective support to leadership teams on prioritization, roadmap governance, and business-value realization.

Driving Operational Excellence & Product Management at Peppermint, I oversee day-to-day operations and lead the Product Management practice. I manage cross-functional teams including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Product Managers to ensure strategic alignment, high-quality project execution, and the financial performance of the group.

As a member of the Executive Committee, I work closely with the CEO and department heads (Tech, Design & Digital Marketing, HR, Finance) to define the company’s vision, strategic objectives, and implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of an agile delivery framework (Peppermint Framework) to streamline collaboration across departments (Product, Tech, Design, Marketing, etc.).

• Project and team management through performance KPIs and tracking tools, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and business impact.

• Supporting POs/PMs/Scrum Masters in defining product vision, prioritization, functional and technical architecture, and go-to-market strategy.

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and training to upskill teams across product and project management domains.

• Leading organizational change initiatives to enhance agility, cross-team collaboration, and responsiveness to market challenges.
