Consultant as Engineering Project manager at Autoliv Cergy, Ile de France. Task: In charge of accompanying application projects (Stellantis: Steering Wheels Electronics modules and JLR: Seat Belts Electronics modules), as interface between the platforms and the application teams for the development of embedded electronic systems in the automotive, from the award date to the serial product launch. Main tasks:

· Manage EDS (External Development Supplier) and EMS (External Manufacturing Supplier), including RASIC definition

· Secure reuse plans for specification, hardware, software and tests

· Define and secure key milestones and synchronization between all parties (Autoliv platform, external or internal development team and OEM)

· Coordinate all necessary actions for the application product projects over the complete V-cycle

· Manage technical and project risks and report them on regular basis

· Represent Autoliv for all technical and development process aspects (1st level support)

· Enforce application of Autoliv development standards to internal and external development teams

· Review work products

· Participate to supplier audits (EDS and EMS)

· Report project advancement and status

· Organize regular follow-up meetings with all parties

· Provide and present regular status report for the allocated projects, including all requested cost and quality indicators

· Consolidate development and BOM costs

In charge of the development of electronic modules (Smart Junction Box, USM, Body Controller, etc...) for major automotive OEMs. Responsible of the engineering cross functional team coordination: Hardware, software and mechanical development located in different areas (India, Spain, Morocco, USA, Germany, Turkey, Sweden and France). As the leader of the engineering design and development I am responsible of project budget, customer quotations, definition of technical milestones and work plan, product design verification, validation and production introduction. Main liaison between engineering department and our customers, as well as the link with rest of our internal teams: Purchasing, Pricing, Commercial, Quality and Manufacturing departments. In charge of the project during all phases: from the product definition stages, through the prototype and trial phases, till the start of massive production. Main role requirements:

• Budget and Resources management. (3M euros budget projects)

• Project and product planning. Project execution to meet both customer and internal expectation in Quality, cost and Timing

• Quotations and offers development.

• Target BOM Materials price, tooling targets and key milestone deliverables achievement.

• Single point interface with the customer, as well as being the link between Lear's internal departments: Purchasing, Pricing, Commercial, Quality and Manufacturing departments.

• Drive the development and design of the electronic modules within the agreed statement of work with both customer and internally.

-Ensuring a successful Launch during the VP, TT and PP phases at Ford Spain (Valencia).

-Responsible for coordinating and ensuring that the affected parts are reworked prior the use on the car builds (Raw material availability, Finish good shipment...).

-Coordinate between LEAR different worldwide wiring harnesses plants ( Morocco, Hungary, Roumania & Tunisia).

-Coordinate with Engineering Project Leader, Program manager & Car leaders to ensure the correct design is implemented on the finish good in case of design issue.
