In charge of Managing software electronic platform Team and keeping deadlines on software activities in critical safety application for automotive sector.

•Management activities : Participate to hiring process , establish training plan ,conduct conflicts resolution , establish Objectives and action plans , Measure performance by Quarter OKR/KPI , lead task forces using situational management inspiring focus on agility and results, perform feedbacks.

•Managing the product/project : Establish the re-use strategy definition document from RFQ and customer inputs. Establish the project's Software development plan. Establish and maintain the Software configuration Plan for the project. Establish and build the estimation of SW project schedule. through the WBS tool, and validate the resources needs with the SW Line Manager. Create and maintain the detailed software project schedule and monitor each SW tasks at each SW release. Identify and manage the SW risks and report them. Lead SW progress meetings (if necessary, depending on the project context). Prepare and participate to the SW milestone reviews and SW audits. Participate to meetings : design progress meetings ,kick-off meetings Lead CCB with the Design Leader for CR/WI and Lessons Learned for review and approval. Manage and perform corrective actions identified during the SW or design progress meeting , retrospectives. Tools and technologies: Open Project , MS Project , Scrum & Kanban , Microsoft Teams , sharepoint. NXP S32K144 Platform ( Autosar and low cost architecures.).

Au sein de l'entité calculateur embarqué, le chargé de projet coordonne les activités des différents corps de métier de l'entité (Architecture logicielle, Safety, Conception et développement logicielle, développement HW, Validation) afin de répondre aux besoins des projets véhicules.

● Assurer la gestion fonctionnelle des équipes d'ingénierie (architecture logicielle, sécurité, conception et développement logiciel, développement matériel, validation).

● Animer les demandes de changement dans l'instance logicielle BSI.

● Assurer l'interface entre les équipes projets (projets transversaux, véhicules, monde) et l'entité.

● Planifier les développements matériels et logiciels Suivre le développement, les validations organiques et unitaires associées pour répondre aux critères QCDP, et assurer la synthèse avec les projets automobiles (Citroën Ami, C3 Midlife, Opel).

● Développer des réponses aux demandes de coûts avec les fournisseurs et diriger la gestion du budget de l'entreprise. Leadership de crise et expertise technique Formateur de nouveaux menuisiers

● Lancement C3 Mi-Vie , Transfert SW Citroen Ami.
