    I led a full strategic consulting mission for The Matcha Formula, a premium wellness brand positioning ceremonial matcha as a collectible ritual object at the intersection of luxury, wellbeing and art.

    The objective was to transform the brand from a niche product offer into a coherent premium brand ecosystem capable of supporting limited editions and long-term growth.

    Scope of work
    • Strategic audit of the existing communication ecosystem
    (website, social media, packaging and press materials)

    • Market analysis across adjacent industries
    (matcha premium brands, luxury wellness, collectibles and niche perfumery)
