• Project Manager : Project of chart of accounts’ harmonization of 34 entities as part of the redesign of the consolidation’s tool – Energy sector : - International coordination of the accounting standards (34 entities of a French company divided into 4 geographical areas: USA, China, EMEA, Brazil) - Lead meeting or calls with each CFO of each entity in order to elaborate a common reporting by functional area for all entities - Collaborate with the IT team in order to identify the deviation causes in SAP and in BFC - Implement the performance management dashboards - Elaborate a SharePoint to manage the project documentation • Project Manager : Project of implementation of a cash forecasting tool and cash management tool in SAP – Industry sector : - Supervise junior consultant as part of the mission for a French company with the collaboration of the internal project managers based in Belgium and Germany - Elaborate and update the planning of the project with the key milestones for all entities - Lead weekly meeting in order to assess the project’s progress - Organize workshops with CEO, CFO, CIO involved in the project - Establish the current state of the treasury and IS process - Define the IS target and elaborate a treasury reporting • Project Manager : Project of implementation of a new IT (Coriolis) – Government Public sector : (500 users) - Carry out the acceptance and non-regression testing phases - Prepare and lead workshops in order to train users to handle the tool - Draft guidance procedures to users - Draft a support explaining all the controls to be made by the budget controller
