As Château Manager at a prestigious venue in the South of France, I was responsible for overseeing the entire operation of luxury weddings and VIP events.
My role involved event coordination, staff management, food and beverage services, and property maintenance, all while maintaining the high standards of service expected at a luxury venue.

Event Coordination:
I worked hand-in-hand with a wedding planner to bring clients’ visions to life. Together, we managed every detail of event execution, including creating timelines, coordinating vendors, and ensuring smooth logistics. My role was to ensure the flawless execution of all aspects of the event, adapting quickly to any last-minute changes or requests, while maintaining an exceptional guest experience.

Staff Management:
I led and coordinated a team of professionals, handling recruitment, training, and scheduling. I ensured that each member, from housekeepers to event staff, delivered outstanding service and contributed to a positive team atmosphere.

Food & Beverage Management:
I worked closely with chefs and caterers to develop customized menus and coordinated the bar service. I ensured that meals and drinks were delivered on time and to the highest standards, adding to the overall guest experience.

Property & House Care:
I was responsible for the maintenance of the château and its grounds, overseeing the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the venue was always in pristine condition for events.

Client Relations & Financial Management:
Serving as the main point of contact for clients, I provided personalized service throughout the planning process and managed event budgets, vendor contracts, and financial transactions to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
