In this role, I am responsible for transforming our technology infrastructure, as we transition from a low grade digital system. My duties include overseeing our IT systems including NHS provided systems, managing our website, handling digital and social marketing efforts, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to staff. I am dedicated to enhancing the patient's experience by implementing user friendly systems and innovative solutions to streamline operations.

This was the great opportunity for me to work with Mind Class, one of the subsidiaries of Mind Map, to create an amazing website multilingual language system specifically targeted at the Middle East market. The website also concentrates upon the aspects in the field of mental health including promotion, counselling, training, and awareness raising. Our objective was to make use of the latest technology to enable people to enhance their mental health while giving them relevant information and resources. After

teaching mental health courses to thousands of employees on eBay, Netflix, and Facebook, we realized that it was time to bridge the gap and make this resource more affordable and more accessible. Mind Class our Web-based SAAS-based Solution that helps to decrease levels of absenteeism and presenteeism in companies. We are quite happy to say that Mind Class has been shortlisted for the Liverpool City Region's Tech Climbers 2024 award! being a web developer and an animator at Mind Class. We aim to develop a visually more useful and easy system that people in the Middle East will adopt after we have started services in the UK.

In the capacity of a Teaching Assistant (TA) at Beacon House International for Software Engineering (LJMU) Level 4, I was considered a committed and competent support system to both the lecturers and students. Based on my deep knowledge of the topic, I manage to instruct the students through difficult programming ideas in an interesting and informative way. I was a friendly and helpful source for students who were seeking help and explanation. My outstanding organizational skills help in the smooth grading management that guarantees the successful running of course. Because of my dedication and competence, I was a critical resource to the Beacon House International community.
