Directeur de projets IT, j’ai une expertise approfondie dans la gestion de projets internationaux d’intégration d'ERP, notamment SAP et plus précisément dans l’adaptation des projets et programmes : S4HANA / ECC. J’ai plus d’une vingtaine d’années d’expérience au sein de cabinets majeurs de consulting internationaux.

Je dirige des projets internationaux avec des équipes cross-fonctionnelles pour des clients de l’industrie Pharmaceutique, du Luxe, du Retail, de l’Agroalimentaire, etc... Je manage en direct ou en transverse des équipes multiculturelles on/offshore, de chefs de projets manageant des équipes de consultants allant jusqu’à 75 personnes.

• Management de projets (de plusieurs millions d’€) portant notamment sur l’adaptation des process Business dans des environnements exigeants

• Expertise reconnue dans la mise en place d’ERP, notamment S4HANA / ECC et dans l’adaptation des modules standard de SAP

• Garant de la profitabilité des projets par un leadership et une prise de décision efficace, dans l’objectif de l’optimisation des demandes clients

• Mise en œuvre et co-construction de programmes d’accompagnement au changement, avec les différents interlocuteurs concernés, pour mieux répondre aux attentes et exigences clients

• Management (en direct et transverse) et développement d’équipes multiculturelles et fonctionnelles d’experts, dans un objectif de performance
