I am a corporate finance professional with close to ten years of experience in financial performance management and in strengthening the strategic contribution of the management control function. My background covers the full spectrum of its levers — from organizational design and process optimization to tool implementation and data governance.

I bring a dual area of expertise. On one side, I have led complex operational and transformation projects in high-stakes environments, working closely with executive teams and cross-functional stakeholders. On the other, I have developed a strong grounding in sustainability, particularly through involvement in CSR and climate strategies, where financial steering and environmental accountability increasingly intersect.

My objective today is to help organizations adapt their financial practices to evolving strategic, regulatory and environmental expectations. This includes supporting budgeting frameworks, reporting and performance analysis, cost and margin management, financial forecasting, KPI governance, process streamlining and the deployment of decision-making tools.
