My daily work is to foster collaboration inside my team (2 frontends, 5 backends) by sharing technical knowledge, by helping with pair programming or by developing support tools. My role is to unblock all team members by initiating technical components required by some developments and validate all pre-requisites needing by the team or business needs to avoid delay and anticipate in advance any blocking point.

As my previous experience, we co-design with business analysts in a Contract First Approach all API needed by private and public customer space.

Implement with my transversal team the journey to create affiliations on a collective contract and permit to update right holders and coverages.

Implement with my transversal team the messenger app to permit for Allianz employees to answer customer complaints.

Other responsibilities : design and implementation of recruitment and onboarding of new joiners.

Intégré à une feature team de l’équipe technique composée de 13 développeurs back-end, 7 front-end, 3 front mobile et 3 Dévops, je suis en charge de :

• Participer à la conception et au développement du produit Prismea

• Garantir la bonne intégration des fonctionnalités actuelles et à venir

• Contribuer à l’architecture de l’application, aux revues de code, et à la qualité dans son ensemble

• Concevoir et réaliser une architecture robuste et agile

• Être garant de la qualité au travers de méthodologie TDD et DDD

• Prioriser en équipe les tâches et fonctionnalités à développer

• Participer à la conception fonctionnelle puis à la production technique en prenant en compte les besoins de l’utilisateur final

• Gérer les délais et savoir définir les priorités de mise en production au regard de la croissance de la startup

• Participer aux recrutements des nouveaux collaborateurs

• Être force de proposition et proposer de nouvelles solutions technologiques à l’équipe
