13 Jahre sammle ich Erfahrungen in der Reisebranche und nehme die Vertriebskarriere an. Ich gründe ein Start-Up und werde nach einem On Purpose Jahr in Berlin Selbstständig. Ich begleite seitdem Menschen und Organisationen in Veränderungsprozessen, löse Konflikte und stärke das interne und externe Netzwerk. Ich motiviere, initiiere, stelle Fragen, löse Herausforderungen gemeinsam mit dir und deinem Team/der Organisation hinzu einer nachhaltigen Transformation durch ein starkes Selbst und Netzwerk.

On Purpose is a leadership development program for talented and experienced young professionals who are motivated to harness commercial thinking to create social and environmental benefit. During the one year full-time program, participants (possessing four to seven years of work experience) complete two 6-months work placements combining social and commercial ways of working and receive a "mini Social Enterprise MBA" via first rate training, coaching and mentoring. Weekly Leadership and Social Sector training: Experts in their field, from diverse sectors, share their knowledge and experience. Mentors & Coaches: Mentor who guides and challenges to add value in the placements. An executive coach focused on your personal development. Community: Bringing together a rapidly growing community of responsible leaders via events and a close social network.
