Product Manager et Facilitateur pour vos projets de développement Business et Innovation

J'accompagne des équipes projets (start-up, PME, BU) dans leur conduite de l'innovation et du développement de nouveaux projets Business.

Je mets au service des entreprises mon expérience opérationnelle et analytique, combinée à la pratique créative et collaborative du Design Thinking.

- Product Management, élaboration de propositions de valeurs et concepts produit en réponse à un besoin, gestion des relations et connections transverses pour travailler le concept et sa prodution (backlog), gestion du process de prise de décision pour le développement incrémental

- Gestion de projet, Analyses Business et stratégique, Planification

- Design Thinking, méthode, process et outils pour la résolution de challenges clients (parcours, besoin, produit) ou organisationnels (prise de décision, roadmap, design et choix de stratégie)

Je dispose d'outils digitaux et de l'expérience pour mener des missions totalement à distance, en hybride ou en présentiel sur tous ces sujets.

Convaincu du pouvoir du collectif, ma démarche est de travailler au plus près des équipes de mes clients et de leurs contraintes. Ma motivation est d'explorer avec chacun d'eux et pour chacun d'eux leurs problématiques, et de mettre à jour ensemble les démarches gagnantes.
