I currently work in CSR & Sustainability at ZEISS Group, shaping and implementing ESG initiatives in a global high-technology environment. In parallel, I am pursuing a job-integrated Double Master Programme - M.Sc. International Mgmt. (Steinbeis University, Germany) and MBA (Post University, USA) - enabling me to translate academic insights directly into measurable sustainability impact.
Previously, as Commodity Buyer Electromechanics & Metals I strengthened EU and Chinese EV supply chains at BCS Automotive Interface Solutions (former ZF Group), managing procurement, price negotiations with strategic suppliers, VAVE initiatives, and market expansion into battery and display technologies.
I hold a Bachelor’s in International Business (DHBW Baden-Württemberg) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Master of Environmental Management (UNSW Sydney), complemented by the Harvard Sustainable Business Strategy certification and Certified Sustainability Reporting Specialist (EU CSRD) credential. During my time in Australia, I collaborated with IBM Australia and the Australian government on AI-enabled sustainability projects, bridging innovation with tangible environmental and social outcomes.
