• Structure, plan and manage client teams (of up to ten members) to ensure delivery of key tasks on Business Transformation projects related to Change Management and Process Excellence

• Completed 10 due diligence assignments and two major transformation projects (Telecom New Zealand and Eircom focused on Operational Excellence and Change Management). Telecom New Zealand managed two teams; Auckland and Wellington. Eircom co-ordinated work across Ireland with approx. 35 Field Engineers.

• Delivered more than 40 client training and coaching sessions in Process Improvement, Organisation Design, Effective Meeting, and Lean Principles

• Developed macro-level changes to Business Process and Organisation structure to deliver performance and business benefit (Telecom New Zealand delivered a £4 million Business Case and developed an implementation plan impacting 200 employees for Eircom in Ireland)

• Re-engineered the supply and distribution of food and other provisions during the COVID-19 lockdown in Spring 2020

• Leading the ‘Work opportunities for refugees’ initiative for Serve the City. Involves researching, negotiating, and meeting with potential organisations. As well as selecting, training, and preparing refugees for interviews

• Advising and implementing digital solutions (Newsletter and CRM) to enable the organisation to work more effectively with those in need

• Led multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a variety of transformational and digital projects. Achievements; revamped oecd.org, launch and manager of the OECD Better Life index, implemented and trained 100 staff on an email marketing platform for the OECD and the spearhead of a new CRM (Salesforce) in Paris and the OECD regional offices.

• Assess the business need, convert into a viable and successful technical solution in budget and delivered on time. Results in the typical project management tasks of writing, developing and executing project specified plans; team building, coaching, internal and external stakeholder management

• Create project proposals, determine budgets, forecast staffing plans, write terms of reference, lead market tenders and consultations with external companies to provide corporate IT services (Adestra and SalesForce)

• Contribute and participate with senior management to define strategy, implement plans, escalate issues and deliver communications resulting in effective internal and external stakeholder management
